Sub-processors
Oh My Lore! uses the following sub-processors. Each has its own privacy policy and safeguards for international transfers. This list is referenced from our Privacy Policy (§4).

The following sub-processors are pre-staged for the mobile milestone and are not yet active. We will update this page and notify active users at least 14 days in advance before activating them.

Transactional Email
Sign-up and account emails are sent via Firebase Authentication (Google LLC). Billing receipts and invoices are sent by Polar Software, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Support correspondence goes through Google Gmail at support@ohmylore.app. We do not currently operate a separate transactional-email provider; if we add one, we will update this page and notify active users at least 14 days in advance.
Removed Sub-processors
Stripe, Inc. — previously listed as payment processor. Payment processing is now handled by Polar Software, Inc. as our Merchant of Record. Stripe is no longer our direct sub-processor.
Changes to This List
When we add or change a sub-processor we update this page and notify active users by email at least 14 days in advance where reasonably possible, unless urgent for security or legal reasons.
